This policy is effective from January 2024. From time to time we may make changes to this privacy policy statement to reflect any changes to our privacy practices in accordance with changes to legislation, best practice or website enhancements.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice.
Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session price. This policy is in place to respect Brigitte's time and to allow other clients to take cancelled appointments.
